Do I need a licence to renovate an apartment in Lisbon?
Interior works that do not change structure, facade or layout usually only need a prior communication to the council or no licence at all. Structural changes, facade works and changes of use need a licence. We check what applies before works start.
Can you renovate my property if I live abroad?
Yes. Most of our clients are not in Lisbon during works. You approve the design and budget, and we manage contractors, suppliers and site visits with regular photo updates.
Can you help me buy a property to renovate?
Yes. As your buyer’s agent we assess renovation potential and costs before you make an offer, so the purchase price and works budget are planned together.
